Timed Dressing and Mirror Therapy

Timed Dressing is a portion of Occupational Therapy exercise that focuses on improving the ability to care for a crucial daily need.  This was a fun exercise to get the children more involved in this ability.

Mirror therapy is when movement of a stronger limb is used in a reflection to trick the brain into thinking that the weaker limb is moving.

CRPSKidz is dedicated to helping kids with CRPS by a commitment to share my adventure with CRPS. I hope to make others more aware of the pain associated with this disease and to be a source for other kids.
